Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured treatment program designed for individuals who require more support than traditional outpatient services but do not need the level of monitoring provided in an inpatient setting. At the Kahm Center, our IOP offers a comprehensive approach to treatment, incorporating various therapeutic modalities and support services.
IOP at the Kahm Center offers several benefits for individuals struggling with eating disorders:
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), also known as day treatment, offers a higher level of care than traditional outpatient services while allowing individuals to return home outside of treatment hours. PHP is recommended for those who require more intensive support than IOP but do not need 24-hour supervision in an inpatient setting.
